Libby is an occasional elementary school teacher within the Toronto Catholic District School Board. Her belief is educating and inspiring children to become knowledgeable citizens who are able to make meaningful connection with the world. She believes in the whole child approach to education and strive to create settings that offer a refreshing perspective and promotes critical thinking.
She believes that students deserve a safe and supportive learning environment and encourages inquiry-based instruction. Since becoming a mother, Libby is taking some time away from the classroom and dedicating her time in helping you find the perfect teacher able to enhance learning outisde the classroom.
Her past experiences has allowed her to gain a strong understanding of how to differentiate instruction for a variety of diverse learners. Libby has a genuine respect for individuality, so she encourages her tutors to make the learning engaging and interactive.
